- A walkthrough of the results together, in person or by video.

2. LPM Suite Pilot: $500 CAD
The LPM Suite is software I built for one problem with injection moulding consulting: the record of what was decided, by whom, when, and why gets lost as a part moves from design to the toolmaker to production. It has three modules: Project Dashboard, Tooling Insights, and Lessons Learned. It runs on your own computer, so your project records stay with you.
How the pilot works:
- Scoped to one active project in your shop.
- Delivered in one to two weeks.
- We agree on the success criteria before we start.
- If the pilot doesn’t meet them, you don’t pay.
3. Build and Automate: Quoted per project
Once we know what needs fixing, we build a simple working system that fits how your operation runs and prove it by hand. When it works, AI takes over the repetitive parts.
Typical work includes:
- Connecting the tools your team already uses, so information stops falling through the cracks.
- A searchable knowledge base built from your own processes and documents, so nobody answers the same question twice.
- Documentation your team can actually follow, and a 30-day check-in after launch.
Every build is quoted as a fixed scope and fixed price, only after the Diagnostic Map shows what needs fixing. No surprises.
