About Christopher Morewood

Christopher Morewood, PMP certified AI integration consultant

I am a PMP certified project management consultant with 35 years of experience in injection moulding, product development, and manufacturing. I have managed programs for GM, Stellantis, and dozens of small manufacturers across North America.

In 2024 I made a deliberate pivot. I had spent three decades watching small business owners drown in operational overhead — not because they lacked knowledge, but because they lacked time and the right tools. AI changes that equation. Used correctly, it eliminates the repetitive, the administrative, and the invisible work that eats a business owner’s day.

Last month I spoke with a business owner who told me her biggest problem was communication. An hour later we had mapped five separate handoff points across her operation. Internal team, customer, supplier, designer, toolmaker. Each one a place where things silently fell through. That wasn’t a communication problem. It was a coordination problem with five failure points. The fix was completely different from what she’d been trying. That’s the conversation I have with every client before anything else.

I built a working AI agent system from scratch to understand what these tools actually do. Not in theory, but in practice. That experience is what I bring to every engagement.

I work independently, remotely, and under NDA. I take on a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement starts with one honest conversation about your biggest problem. If AI is the right tool, I will tell you. If it is not, I will tell you that too.

First engagement is free.

What makes these conversations work isn’t the credentials. It’s the listening. I’ve spent 35 years in manufacturing environments where the stated problem was almost never the real problem — where the symptom on the floor pointed to something upstream that nobody had named yet. That pattern recognition comes from empathy as much as experience. I learned to get quiet and let the real picture emerge before reaching for a solution.

I work from a dedicated home office in Kincardine with no time pressure and no agenda other than finding the truth of your situation. I start every morning with two hours of meditation and exercise. I mention that not as biography but as context — I show up to every conversation settled, focused, and genuinely curious about your business. That’s the environment I bring to the work.

The reason small business owners specifically matter to me is straightforward. Independence is not just a lifestyle choice — it’s a form of personal expression. The ability to build a life of your own design is worth protecting. I’ve made that choice myself. I understand what’s at stake when the business isn’t working the way it should.
