The Process
Step 1: Discovery
One question starts everything: what’s the single thing that, if improved or eliminated, would reduce your stress and protect your margin? One conversation. No forms, no surveys. You talk, I listen, I ask the right questions.
Step 2: Diagnosis
Not every problem is an AI problem. I look for the root cause underneath the symptom, then give you a written Diagnostic Map: what’s actually breaking down, where, and what to fix first. If AI is the right tool, I’ll tell you exactly where and why. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
Step 3: Build and prove
We set up a simple working system that fits how your shop actually runs, and run it by hand until it works. A tool nobody uses isn’t a solution. All successful automated systems were built from a successful manual system.
Step 4: Automate
Once the system is proven, AI takes over the repetitive parts. The judgment stays with your people.
Step 5: Handoff
You receive a full record of every decision made during the engagement: what was agreed, who owns it, and why. Nothing improvised, nothing forgotten.
How Your Information Is Handled
Every engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement. I use commercial AI tools to speed up analysis, and I’ll tell you which ones and what goes into them. Nothing sensitive goes in without your agreement. The LPM Suite, my project, tooling, and lessons-learned software, runs on your own computer, so your project records stay with you.
