Step 1 — Discovery
One question starts everything: what is the single thing that, if improved or eliminated, would reduce your stress and bring in more revenue? One conversation. No forms, no surveys. You talk, I listen, I ask the right questions.
Step 2 — Fit Analysis
Not every problem is an AI problem. If AI is the right tool, I tell you exactly where and why. If it is not, I tell you that too. You get an honest recommendation, not a sales pitch.
Step 3 — Implementation
I design a solution that fits how your operation actually runs, help you implement it, and make sure it gets used. A tool nobody uses is not a solution.
Step 4 — Handoff
You receive a full record of every decision made during the engagement — what was agreed, who owns it, and why. Nothing improvised, nothing forgotten.

Every engagement runs on a dedicated private server using a multi-agent AI system I built myself. Your project data never touches a public cloud. Every decision is logged with context. Every commitment is tracked. You always know where things stand.
