These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of consultancy services by Launchpad Project Management Christopher Morewood. By engaging the Consultant, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services Offered

The Consultant provides project management consultancy services, including but not limited to:

– Project planning and initiation

– Risk management

– Monitoring and controlling projects

– Training and coaching in project management methodologies

  1. Engagement and Scope of Work

The scope of work will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

  1. Fees and Payment Terms

– Fees for services will be agreed upon in the Service Agreement.

– Invoices will be issued on a [weekly/monthly/project completion] basis and are due within 30 days of receipt.

– Late payments may incur a fee of $5 or an interest rate of 5%, whichever is higher.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

– Provide access to necessary project information and personnel.

– Facilitate meetings and communication to ensure the consultancy can perform its duties effectively.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the consultancy engagement.

  1. Intellectual Property

Any tools, processes, or documentation developed during the consultancy shall remain the intellectual property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant’s liability shall be limited to the maximum amount received from the Client for services rendered. The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

  1. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.

  1. Acceptance

By engaging the Consultant, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
